Clarion Inn Asheville Airport

Overall a great stay. Had some wi-fi issues. Breakfast was nice with flexible hours. Check out time was at a decent time. Lots of hallways and easy to get lost.

We had a great stay! The bathrooms have all been redone and feel fresh and modern. The rooms were super clean with comfy queen beds—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and helped them wind down before bed. The gym was open late (a huge plus!) and even had free, clean water available anytime. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good—a great free perk to start the day. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the airport! Clean, safe, and everything you need is either on-site or just a short walk away. We even walked about half a mile to watch the planes take off and land—such a fun bonus! Overall, a great value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are nice enough but there's a restaurant in the same building so all the rooms smell like Mexican food. Not a great thing at midnight..

Great stay. Upgrades rooms, simple but plentiful breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Mexican restaurant and bar onsite. Walking distance to other food and shopping. Easy and open parking. Good price point.

I was trapped in the snow storm February 1st at the Clarion Asheville airport. I cannot say enough about this motel and for the price. This hotel has been there for decades. It is clean as a whistle. The breakfast bar is as good as any four star Hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. During the stressful three days I spent at this hotel the staff was always positive and cheerful. Including today when Marlon was notified that the shuttle was not operating from the motel to the airport. 6/10 of a mile away Marlin is the front desk attendant. He's been there off and on since Friday night.. He shuttled myself and many others at his expense, in his truck, to get the flight passengers from the motel to the airport. Over the top service. I will certainly do something nice for him. But the entire staff went above the Call of Duty to make sure all there customers and tenants receive the best care that they could receive. Customer service was great! Unfortunately the room was dirty, have a humidity smell, curtains were so dirty, bed Skirt very dirty ( even the one that was clean was dirty) I asked for a new room and they gave me a new one, the young lady was very nice about it ! That one was clean, I can smelled the cleaning supplies.I know they can’t control who cleans and who doesn’t their rooms but I think the manager (of course if the owner allows)should hired someone or get someone to check their rooms before guests get in. But then Again the price was good and the customer service was great!

Pretty decent hotel. Breakfast was buffet style with good variety. Hot bar with eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and also fruit, juice, cereal, and muffins. Rooms were good size and bed slept comfortably.

A great all around experience. People are very nice and helpful. Free shuttle from the airport. I would come here again for sure. Excellent value.
